Downtown Tuesday Free Parking Takes a Siesta for Fiesta
Regular rates will apply on Tuesday, April 22
SAN ANTONIO (April 11, 2014) – San Antonio is set for this year’s Fiesta celebrations which commenced April 10, 2014. During this festive time, the following parking rates will apply at City-operated lots, meters and garages:
- Tuesday, April 15: Free parking, 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.
- Tuesday, April 22: Regular parking available at posted rates (no free parking)
- Tuesday, April 29: Free parking, 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.
“We’re excited about Fiesta and grateful for all of our residents and visitors who will be downtown during the celebration,” said Lori Houston, Director of the Center City Development and Operations Department. “Special event and parade attendees are advised that street closures may impact the availability of metered parking in some areas.”
